Sherry is a certified Kolbe® Specialist. She completed certification requirements in May, 1996 and participates in Kolbe® Professional Growth Seminars each year. Kolbe® Indexes are used to identify people's natural talents and assist individuals and organizations to utilize those talents productively.
An individual who recognizes the added value of association with a "learning organization," Sherry is a student of management methodology. She is an alumnus of The Disney Institute, which encourages its students to share in proven success strategies by discovering the business behind the magic.
Adizes Graduate School for Organization Transformation is another resource for Sherry. Ichak Adizes describes management as "...(the structure) for solving problems that emerge because of change." It is the emphasis on change that separates Adizes from other popular approaches to management.
